Improve your indoor air quality...
and hygiene levels with quality air filters for industrial and commercial HVAC systems.
Filters are one of the most critical components of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems. Not only do they remove particulates, such as dust, from indoor air but also contaminants that may have a negative effect on workplace health.
So, whether you’re looking to protect your machinery and equipment, or improve air quality for the occupants of your building, being able to rely on a cost-effective, high quality replacement filter supply is key. Our friendly team provides standard and custom HVAC filters for all types of HVAC systems across many industries. We work closely with the industrial sector, including manufacturing, alongside commercial environments, including offices, hospitality, education, retail, and much more.
Our range of filters can handle all types of environments, no matter how challenging, offering improved productivity and efficiency of HVAC systems for further cost-savings.
In these applications, our durable primary and secondary filters filter out contaminants such as bacteria, dust, mould, volatile organic compounds, that if allowed to disperse, can reduce air quality and quickly spread illnesses.
We can advise on the right type of filter if required, rethinking your processes for elevated results. Or, if you know what you need, we can supply and despatch ISO 9001 accredited, quality inspected products, ready for use.

HVAC Industrial & Commercial FAQS
What are the different types of HVAC filters?
HVAC systems use various types of filters, each suited for specific needs and applications. At Airguard Envirocare, we manufacture high-quality filters designed for industrial and commercial use. These include:
- Panel Filters: Airguard Envirocare’s panel filters provide reliable basic air filtration, using galvanised steel or aluminium frames with synthetic or fibreglass media. These filters effectively trap larger particles, protecting HVAC systems and extending the life of higher-efficiency filters.
- Pocket Filters: Also known as bag filters, our pocket filters deliver medium to high-efficiency filtration with durable synthetic media and various pocket lengths, effectively capturing smaller airborne particles.
- Rigid Bag Filters/V-Cell Filters: Our bespoke V-cell filters are designed for high-efficiency performance in demanding environments. Constructed with durable plastic or galvanised steel frames, they feature a compact design that maximises airflow while effectively capturing fine particles.
- Filter Mats: Our filter mats are ideal for extending the lifespan of higher-efficiency filters and are available in various grades to suit specific system requirements.
- Spray Booth Filters: Our custom-made spray booth filters optimise air quality in paint spray environments using advanced fibreglass or polyester media designed to efficiently capture overspray.
Do all HVAC systems have two filters?
The number of filters in HVAC systems varies depending on their design and configuration. In some cases, systems may have one central filter located near the air handler or furnace. However, larger or more complex systems, particularly in industrial and commercial settings, may have multiple filters installed in different areas for enhanced air quality and system efficiency.
For example:
- Central Air Systems: Often have one main filter but may include additional filters if the system serves multiple zones or has return vents in different locations.
- Industrial HVAC Systems: These may use a combination of pre-filters, such as panel or pocket filters, along with high-efficiency filters like rigid bag or V-cell filters for comprehensive air purification.
