Airguard Envirocare manufactures a range of high-efficiency pocket filters designed to protect gas turbines in environments with high levels of sub-micron particulate matter. These solutions support gas turbine air inlet filters and overall gas turbine air inlet filtration, providing a barrier against common contaminants like wet and dry aerosols, drilling mud, grit blasting debris and hydrocarbons.
When used within the air intake system, Airguard Envirocare high-efficiency filters, in conjunction with marine vane separators, reduce salt concentrations, prolonging the turbine's life and reducing maintenance downtime.
The filters can be selected according to operational requirements to provide benefits, including increased turbine output, reduced fuel consumption, and extended filter life cycle. HVL-AG
Constructed with a two-stage filter pocket design, the HVL-AG combines a high-capacity pre-filter with a high-efficiency needlefelt media, all secured in a durable stainless-steel frame. Optimised for high-velocity performance, it reduces salt ingress, supports improved fuel efficiency, and is suitable for systems such as Altair System 2, Neptune, and Vega.

HVX-AG
The HVX-AG filter offers low-pressure drop, high resistance to salt and humidity, and is cleanable and recyclable. It is suitable for high-velocity airflow and is available in various sizes. It works with multiple pre-filters and is interchangeable with other manufacturer models.

HXA-AG
The HXA-AG filter is built for gas turbine environments, offering high efficiency against salt aerosol and high dust holding capacity.
